Sales Development Representative Arrow

Join the most dynamic sales team in Fintech and help scale Twenty Over Ten's sales organization.


This role is focused on early stage client engagement and outreach, with many opportunities for growth as the company expands.

As an SDR, you will be responsible for strategically sourcing and qualifying business prospects. Using your unique personality and grit, you will target and qualify leads to increase the pipeline of potential customers. As one of the first SDRs, you will help implement scalable processes.

This role will lay the foundation for your future success at Twenty Over Ten. As a pioneer in our first generation SDR role you will be able to help lay the foundation for future SDR’s as well as gain the experience and knowledge to advance your career in future roles as we quickly expanded our sales team.

  • Leading introductory sales calls and assisting our full cycle sales reps by scheduling meetings/presentations prospects
  • Leverage multiple outreach methods (email, social media, cold call) to engage and build out the top of the sales funnel
  • Proactively target and qualify potential clients
  • Qualify inbound leads based on criteria and manage the inbound lead process
  • Serve as an expert on Twenty Over Ten products, educating prospects on the value of and developing them into sales-ready opportunities
  • Maintain and track all prospective account updates and progress through Outreach
  • Achieve daily activity quota for the number of calls and emails to prospective customers
  • Achieve weekly, monthly, and quarterly meeting and pipeline goals that our sales team can convert into qualified opportunities

Required Qualifications

  • Experience prospecting, networking and/or new business development
  • Desire to join a fast-paced inside sales team
  • Coachable and competitive spirit
  • Hunter mentality, self-motivated and goal-oriented
  • Top-notch organizational and follow up skills
  • You are a strong communicator- both written and verbal
  • Ability to work in a collaborative team environment

Preferred Qualifications

  • 1+ years of experience on an inside sales or business development team
  • Familiar with Sales engagement tools (Outreach preferred), Linkedin, Google Sheets, and lead generation tools
  • Experience in a fast-paced, startup environment
  • Experience working with digital marketing platforms and channels - Google, Bing, Amazon, Facebook, etc.

Content Marketing Specialist Arrow

Twenty Over Ten has quickly become the leader in website design and marketing know-how in the financial industry. Fueled by our unique platform – which empowers financial advisors to easily build and create modern, lead-generating websites tailored to their unique brand – we continue to push the boundaries of design in this niche market. Our digital content writer works daily in two main areas:

  1. Assists content manager to develop digital content for both of Twenty Over Ten’s content libraries for Lead Pilot and Website Engine.
  2. Collaborates with the rest of the Twenty Over Ten in-house marketing team to write highly-visible copy that promotes our own brand and generates leads. This includes copy for email marketing, blog posts, landing pages, social media, websites, and other digital marketing literature.

As a member of our digital marketing team, the content marketing specialist plays a crucial role in executing Twenty Over Ten content strategy, providing quality assurance and content production, and internal team members. Therefore, the role requires strong communication skills, timeliness, attention to detail, critical and analytical thinking to ensure accuracy and a high standard of quality for all deliverables.


  • Serve as an exemplary writer, consistent with the Twenty Over Ten tone and mission. Writing clean, concise, well-polished copy for blogs, email campaigns, landing pages and social media content.
  • Write copy for downloadable content offers such as ebooks, white papers, infographics, guides, etc.
  • Researching and understanding financial topics in order to produce blog content that will attract site visitors for our users through search, social, and email.
  • Translating complex financial topics into language the average reader can understand.
  • Creating written content for the web that utilizes SEO best practices including header tags, imagery, links and bullet points for clarity and ease of understanding.
  • Self-editing work before submitting.
  • Work closely with marketing and content manager to understand content strategy and goals and meet editorial calendar deadlines.
  • Work on quick-turnaround, reactive projects that help Twenty Over Ten stay relevant in industry.
  • Optimize content for SEO best practices.
  • Collaborate with other marketing team members to craft compelling copy for marketing emails to subscribers.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest financial industry trends and customer challenges in order to build a more effective editorial calendar.


  • 2-4 years of professional copywriting experience a must
  • Be an ultimate team player that can collaborate with our marketing and management teams while also working independently
  • Tech-savvy and a fast learner with the ability to multitask
  • Bachelor’s Degree in marketing, digital media, journalism, English or related field
  • Self-motivated and organized
  • Familiarity with AP style
  • Understanding of the latest terms and terminologies within the finance space is a plus
  • Experience with web markup language and search engine optimization is a plus
  • Hands-on experience with Content Management Systems (e.g. WordPress, Wix, Joomla, Drupal)
  • Knowledgeable about design and copywriting best practices for the web and video
  • Strong understanding of SEO best practices to increase organic web traffic
  • Comfort working in a rapidly-evolving startup environment
  • Project management skills with the ability to prioritize competing deadlines and projects

Compensation & Benefits

  • Salary: $40-50K, commensurate with experience
